This is a pretty good guide/vid.

Though I would like to say a few things. Like first off if you have Night Fall you should really be going with mystic regen. The 8 points into earth prayers does not hurt at all.

Also in the beginning instead of going straight behind "Oink's house" (as i call it) go up the hill where the farmers are and go in between the 2 plants; by the time your there you should have narrowly avoided aggroing the group chasing the farmers (If you do feel as though your going to aggro them before you get to the plants cast your stuff earlier, see ahead if you do not know what "stuff" I am talking about), cast protective spirit, your healing (mystic regeneration or healing breeze.), and shielding hands now head toward oink. keep up your healing and maybe protective spirit if you feel the need, by the time your behind Oink's house the group with the farmers should have lost aggro (if they don't it is O.K. keep running to your destination as they will lose aggro after your so far).

Now thats about it except one more thing I would suggest. As soon as you aggro the hound and 3 or so of the other guys, head partway back up that hill if you are not still on it, and stay there. The reason for this is enemies often get stuck and cannot run (but quite a few still can/do) therefore making them easy targets for Balthazar's Aura.
